Welcome, I hope you will enjoy the patterns you find at Cloud 9 Knots Crochet Pattern Shop. Crochet patterns purchased here are PDF downloads. If you are unable to download your purchase for any reason please let me know and I will work with you to help resolve any issue you may be experiencing. Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns, once downloaded, there is no refund possible on the purchase. 

All patterns in my shops (Ravelry, Etsy, Amigurumi.com, Cloud9Knots.com, etc.) are the ©copyrighted/intellectual property of Nicole Mansfield. The purchase of a pattern does not remove copyright protection. 

Please do not copy, share, resell, or forward your purchase without my written permission. You may sell your finished items (limited to small batches) if you like, but please credit Cloud 9 Knots/Nicole Mansfield as the designer. 

PDF Patterns

Once your transaction has processed, you will receive a link to download the pattern(s) in a separate email, if you are unable to locate this notification please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you do not receive an email please notify me at nicole@cloud9knots.com and I will work with you directly to assure you receive the pattern download. 

I recommend saving your download to a tablet or computer upon opening.
